JCS – Conveyorised Cleaning System is comprises of multiple stages; each designed to treat a different part of the cleaning cycle. These stages include immersion washing, high pressure water spray washing, rinsing and drying, all of which can be accompanied with appropriate chemical treatments.
The main advantages are the parts can be loaded directly onto the conveyor and output is of high capacity. Incorporated with adjustable conveyor speed and necessary safety features, this system is also incorporated with user friendly PLC controlled “touch screen”.
